Payment can be made using most major credit or debit cards over the Internet, payment by card over the Internet are encrypted and processed by PAYPAL OR NOCHEX.
RETURNS:
We offer a No Quibble Refund or Exchange Policy.
If you change your mind simply email us on the day of receipt to let us know that you wish to return the item.
Goods must be returned Unworn with all labels intact; If you have damaged the goods or made them unsuitable for resale by using them, we must charge you for them. This does not affect your normal statutory rights if the goods are faulty, in which case postage & packaging costs will be refunded also: You must send us written notice within 7 seven days if you wish to cancel your order and returned goods are at your own cost. Non-faulty items will incur a 20% restocking fee. Goods must be returned within 7 days.
The Restocking fee will be waived if the customer requests an exchange rather than a refund.
Refunds are Processed on a Friday - Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed.
We do at times put special offers on our website (eg) free item or reduced price item if you spend a specific amount of money on our site in any one order, when these offers are available any returns must include these products or the full amount of any free or deduced price item will be charged to the customer if the order value drops to below the offer value.

Order Processing and Dispatch
All our products are sent in plain discreet packaging, if an item is returned to us because the customer either provided the wrong address or was not available to receive the item we will require payment for reposting, we will let the customer know what has happened and how much they need to pay if no payment is made the goods will not be reposted and refunds will not include original p & p costs.
Orders are sent using Royal Mail. if we have the item in stock, we will dispatch it within 48 hours at the latest, however 7 working days should be allowed before contacing us if your order has not arrived. If the item is not in stock and has to be ordered from the manufacturer to fulfil your Purchase please allow up to 28 working days to receive your parcel. We get proof of postage with all parcels sent. We will not be held reponsible for parcels once they have been passed onto Royal Mail.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you confirmation of your order. A contract is only formed once we have sent this confirmation to you. If any item is out of stock, we will email you to let you know of an estimated delivery date (Usually within 28 working days)
