What is the Estimated delivery Time after Payment is made
If the item is in stock we aim to post within 48 hours. If the product needs to be ordered delivery is usually within 28 working days from receipt of payment. If you have not received your item within this time period please check the order status. If the item is not showing as dispatched we will happily refund your payment - NO questions asked. Please note that on some of the Fair trade garments (Especially the Printed and knitted items) these may sometimes be made to order and could take slightly longer to be available - Please email us to request an estimated delivery date.

Do you accept Credit Card Payments
Yes. We accept Credit and Debit card payments via online via Paypal. Or we can accept payments via the telephone during business hours. Tel: 0121 288 6888

Can I return an item if it does not fit?
Yes, we offer a no quibble refund/return policy. Simply return the item via recorded delivery and we will exchange the item for you. (If a refund is required a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund) Please allow 7 days for the Refund to be processed

I am interested in a Particular Item, but cant see it listed on your Website.
Please email us with the Product reference Number and we will get back to you with a Price. We are always updating the site with New Products and hope to provide a Comprehensive Stock of all Nomads, Namaste and Gringo items

I Paid for my Item over days ago and have not yet received my Parcel.
You can track the progress of your order via the Online Tracking System on the Homepage. If the order is not showing as dispatched we will happily refund your Payment.
